For Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, our office will retain you as a client with as little as $0 down. However, we will not be able to file your case and offer you protection from your creditors or the protection afforded under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code which includes but not limited to foreclosure, reposession, wage garnishment, bank levies, until the attorney fees & filing fee are paid pursuant to our fee agreement.

*For Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, in most cases our law firm will file your case requiring no payment of attorney fees upfront. However, the client in all cases will be required to pay the filing fee and the Debtor Education Fee before the chapter 13 will be filed and offers the client the protection of the US Bankruptcy Code. The protections includes, but is not limited to foreclosures, repossessions, tax levies, wage garnishments, and lawsuits.
